My only complaint is the plastic bag it was shipped to me in. My personal mission is to create a nontoxic, sustainable, plastic free household while also supporting small businesses with amazing products that are aligned with my mission, and I work very hard at it. My first shipment from The Cleaner Soul was sent to me in a box but the second order for the refills was sent to me wrapped in 2 plastic USPS shipping bags that immediately went into the trash and couldn't be reused. I did reach out the The Cleaner Soul about my concern regarding their shipping practices and never received a response. Sadly, because of this, I do not think I will order from The Cleaner Soul again in the future.
